      Designed, developed, and tested new GUI software applications (Lua/PHP/MySQL). Maintained existing software through bug fixes, implementation of new features, and database model changes. Wrote custom SQL queries as-needed. Met with stakeholders to determine software requirements. My major projects included building a warranty claim management system and a service contract management system. The warranty system was a fun challenge to design and turned out especially well, enabling the users to more efficiently handle large claim volumes. Show less
