      Established first ever strength and conditioning program for the college. Developed year round individualized strength and conditioning programs for all twenty-two NCAA Division I athletic teams consisting of over 450 male and female athletes. Prepared all aspects of training cycles and phases while planning appropriate sport-specific exercises, exercise sequences, sets, repetitions, and recovery periods for the various programs. Evaluated appropriate correlation of fitness components necessary to meet optimal individual performance levels. Ensured the minimization of risk and severity for potential injury through appropriate program design. Collaborated with trainers to recondition athletes following an injury. Provided nutritional advice to athletes regarding appropriate nutrition for optimal physical performance. Administered a resistance training program for various athletes. Supervised strength room personnel, which may include recommendations for hiring, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.Planned and designed new Athletic Department strength facility for all Wagner College athletes.
