  During my time at Denovo Medspa I acted as both Director and Lead Clinician. I worked with Wipfli financial to structure our business plan and sales projections. As part of the original build-out, I worked with Hoeft construction to develop build-out and blueprints. I designed anddecorated entire facility. I also researched and furnished all product lines, equipment, technology, and IT. In this position I hired front desk staff and trained in on software, spa protocols, photography, and patient care. I partnered with First Net Impressions to design and write copy for all print materials, brochures, website, and advertising campaign. Responsibilities also included managing all inventory and equipment and community relations. I assisted Dr. Jarecki in both Botox and dermal filler procedures and maintained patient charts. As an esthetician at Denovo, I performed the following services: consultations, makeup application and lessons, clinical facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, SkinTyte, BBL, blue light acne therapy, light based hair reduction on the Sciton BBL Platform.   In my past position at Lotus Spa of Eau Claire I worked directly with Dr. Michelle Facer to grow her cosmetic and laser practice while also providing spa services and, for a period of time, managing Lotus Spa. I acted as Cosmetic Laser director providing all laser procedures offered at Lotus Spa. These services include laser hair reduction, AFT, Skin Tightening, and Pixel on the Alma Harmony and Soprano platforms. Other responsibilities included providing Clinical Facials, chemical peels, all new patient consultations, makeup application, copy writing for all ads and marketing, and acting as public liaison for the spa. I also led a series of lecture/demonstrations at the spa and within the community. I redesigned portions of the ENT practice and spa to increase client/patient flow, volume, and efficiency. IDI is the parent company of the skincare line, Dermalogica. I was, therefore, responsible for the mandatory education that is required of our accounts to work with our skincare line.
