      SME and Lead for United Platform for Claims System Architecture:The objective of UPCSA project is to provide an interface between TOPS (The Online Processing System) and SPP (Strategic Payment Program). In order to sup-port the initiatives of the SPP, also called Payment Engine, UPCSA DataStage team is required to design, develop and deploy the processes which will provide the processed claim data to SPP. The source of claim data will be the mainly adjudicated claims data from TOPS, Rx (Prescription Solutions) data from PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers). This project will be using the Common ETL Framework i.e. IBM DataStage tool in Unix platform, Oracle as Process Database, TWS as Scheduler in accomplishing its various integration and enhancement activities.Contribution:As an Associate Lead, was responsible for➢ Timely completion of tasks and overall delivery of the project.➢ Gathering requirements and estimation of time and effort.➢ Allocation of tasks to Project team members in the capacity of a Resource Manager.➢ Mentoring team members in the capacity of a Technical Project Manager.➢ Driving & coordinating weekly status reporting to onshore management team.➢ Conducting / participating in design meetings.➢ Coordinating resolution of technical issues and requirements clarification with stakeholders.➢ Identifying improvement opportunities in system specifications.➢ Analyzing system specifications and prepare low-level artifacts (Technical Specs, Test plans, code etc) for medium and complex functions.➢ Providing technical guidance to Developers and Senior Developers on need basis.➢ Project execution, status tracking, issues tracking until closure, risks planning, tracking and monitoring.➢ Timely project communication to project team, stakeholders and proper knowledge management.➢ Project communication management providing critical link between people, ideas and in-formation at all stages in the project life cycle.
