  Priorities to be punctual and attentive for scheduled games to ensure no delays. I actively resolved conflicts between players with concise communication and quick thinking under pressure. In charge of overseeing the running and operation of Extreme Soccer whilst hiring/training employees. The role also required tailoring marketing campaigns, that were active on our Facebook and Youtube pages to grow and expand the business clientele. Managing over 150+ customers on a weekly basis, organising scheduled fixtures and court bookings.
