Show less As an R&D engineer intern I researched my own project of meat analyzation through the use of machine learning using a food analyzer machine. This allowed me to develop and write test reports by studying the deterioration of red meat through data collection and analysis. This documentation also required me to design documents and produce training material for future users of the machine. Through the development of my research, analysis, and design, I executed, documented, and consistently presented supplemental research to gain knowledge on the future development of the project. Alongside managing my own project, I worked across and alongside multiple different departments including QA, engineering in a lab setting, technical engineering, assessment of competitive landscape, and the manufacturing plant.
