  Senior Chief Officer with Cadeler on the 6 legged Jack up vessel Wind Osprey, former Pacific Osprey. My role as includes: Managing the jacking operations, liaise with clients onboard for day to day management of projects on behalf of the Vessel, managing the bridge team to ensure vessel is operated safely within the company’s SMS and all other relevant requirements (IMO, Flag State, Port State, Client Specific etc.)I have also acted as relief Master on Wind Osprey for short periods of time. Show less Chief Officer with Swire Blue Ocean having worked on both Pacific Orca and Pacific Osprey, 6 legged jack up construction vessels, mainly involved in Wind Turbine Installation. I have been involved in projects ranging from: Decommissioning of the H7 Gas Platform in the Southern North Sea, both topside and sub sea. The sections of the dismantled platform and jacket foundation were then transported onboard to an environmentaly friendly reception facility in Norway. Installation of a 950 ton jacket foundation in the Bel-Wind site for an Alstom Turbine. Maintenance Work on Siemens Turbines at Walney, Burbo Bank and Rhyl Flats Wind Farms. Construction of the Dan Tysk Wind Farm. Decommissioning of the B11 Gas Platform in the North Sea. Installation of foundations and Wind Turbine Generators at Gemini Wind Farm, Galloper, Aberdeen Bay and Beatrice Wind Farms.My role as Chief Officer includes: Setting the deck crew's watches and assigning tasks to maintain the vessel in accordance with the planned maintenance system on board. Promoting the Company's Safety Policy as Safety Officer. Training of the ship's crew for emergency situations. Ship Security Officer. Stability and Ballasting, both on a day to day basis and during heavy lifts, both afloat and jacked up. Senior DPO working with GE DP2 system to position the vessel on jacking positions. Jacking System Operator where I have jacked the vessel using both BLM and ABB jacking systems on a variety of locations and soil types. Ensuring the vessel complies with all Class, Port State, Flag State, IMO and any other client or company Requirements. Show less
