Activities and Societies: Intercultura AFS Intercultural Programs is an international youth exchange organization. During my exchange year abroad, I had the opportunity to broaden my boundaries, and change perspective. The intercultural and personal skills acquired during the experience represent a reference point in daily challenges, especially in an interconnected world such as the one we live in.

Especially, during the course "The thinking body", I was able to analyze the ayurvedic massage from the 4E perspective and to report the information gathered in a paper titled "Embodied touch in a fluid dance".
