Development Request steps Proceeding in NTM Software:• Was Responsible for ensuring that DR processes are completed in a timely and correct manner and was consistent with new advancements and improvements in NTM. Fabric Do ability Confirmation:• Having Good Tech Pack reading abilities and a solid understanding of knit fabric for the S&M and IE teams' having capacity to knit, dye, and finish bulk fabrics. Responsible for New Developments / Innovations:• Maintaining an inventory of hangers for each new development while keeping track of new developments from yarn to finishing and hanger production against each newly created cloth.   Overall, as the Quality Assurance Functional Specialist, playing a crucial role in ensuring product quality by implementing QA procedures and systems, conducting trial runs, and educating and training the QA teams on working standards and customer requirements. My efforts help to improve the quality of knitted tubes and ensure customer satisfaction.I am responsible for ensuring the quality of knitted tubes during in-line inspections and managing the team to implement procedures on the floor. To manage product quality at the knitting floor, performing various activities such as verifying yarn on a daily basis, checking tumbled tubes and stretches of knitted tubes. Also inspect special samples to avoid issues in the next process and manage all areas while ensuring relevant prerequisites are fulfilled.Also implementing QA procedures and systems at processing shade check and batch audit along with updating floor-ready requirements. This includes setting objectives and managing documentation such as quality policies and SOP's, assessing risks and implementing controls, providing awareness and training for the team, and managing lab testing of yarn and other testing requirements. Also implementing digitization such as the WI-Metrix system and add new reports for data credibility, inspect the heat set process, and maintain a quality index/record of the fabric division according to system and customer requirements.As part of my responsibilities, also conducting trial runs in the fabric division and share feedback in trial run meetings. This involves conducting trial runs with complete documentation, inspecting the trial run at both knitting and dyeing stages, highlighting any issues in the trial run meeting, and coordinating with PD and operations team to eliminate them. Also checking the 1st output to ensure issues addressed during the trial run meeting are resolved and prepare reports of the trial run and send them to stakeholders for record purposes. Show less
