  Helped a very cool musician and wine nerd open a very cool apartment-like wine joint with hand made charcuterie/cheese/pickle boards cut on vintage deli meat slicer. True albums on the sound inside and Austin inside and out. Retail wines were available, as well. Outstanding global list with rare and highly allocated wines when we could get 'em. Nice rotating taps to keep it fun, thoughtful wines BTG- with eyes open (and noses) for interesting bargains.

  Wonderful little Italian place in Clarksville created by two of the old school Austin restauranteurs, Ron Weiss and Jeffery Weinburger. Great staff in the front and back- with one of the best Chefs in ATX. Ask for Zach (GM). He's one of the good ones..! Old school Italian fare with a large wood-fired pizza oven designed and built in Italy. Re-assembled right in Clarksville. Owned by Austin restaurant royalty. The best. Great rotating small wine list without asking for your shirt. Oustanding Chef and Baker in one person- with a kitchen full of real cooks- to boot.

  Considered the best restaurant in Austin by The Chronicle, Austin American Statesman, and JBS. Michael Fojtasek is a Thomas Keller alum, and one of the best Chefs I've ever met- and thorough. FOH is run and manned by some of the most capable in the industry. Pricey but worth every dollar.
