  Established in 1924, Congressional Country Club is the #1 Platinum Club in America, a full-amenity private club with over 3,000 members. The two courses, Blue and Gold, generate more than 50,000 rounds annually.   Founded in 2004, The Farm at Cape Kidnappers is a 6,000 acre fully operational farm, wildlife sanctuary and lodge. The 18-hole Tom Doak designed golf course in ranked #17 in the World by Golf Digest. This Relais and Chateaux Resort and Golf Course plays host to just 7,000 round annually. Cape Kidnappers was the host of the 2008 and 2009 PGA Tour Kiwi Challenge.Responsibilities included;- Cultivating a positive and unique guest experience by working in all aspects of the Club operations including the Golf Shop, Merchandising, Food and Beverage daily operation, caddying and outside operation.- Maintained professional relationship and provided reservation assistance with over 100 tour operators in Europe, Australia, Asia and North America.- Acted as concierge for guest activities at Cape Kidnappers and throughout New Zealand.- Caddied for guest from Asia, Europe and North America using a unique style to overcome language and cultural differences.- Taught individual lessons and conducted weekly clinics for up to 10 resort guests.   Established in 1909, Interlachen Country Club is rich in history and steeped in tradition. Interlachen's golf course, ranked #54 in the U.S. by Golf Digest, was home to the 1930 U.S. Open where Bobby Jones won the third leg in his quest for the grand slam. The 700 member club generates 24,000 rounds annually on the 18-hole Donald Ross Design.Responsibilities include;- Coordinating and leading all aspects of golf events including member tournaments, club championships, guest days and outings utilizing Golf Genius Tournament Software.- Support merchandising operation through management of 19 inventory categories. Responsible for order, receipt and display of category items including men's, women's and junior apparel.- Involvement in training and management of 15 outside operations team members, 5 PGA Interns and 160 caddies.- Accompany members and guests on-course, playing with over 30 members during the season.- Facilitate daily operations through ForeTees and Jonas POS.- Active participant and leader for internship program and staff education programs.- Assist with junior golf program of over 200 students through individual and clinic instruction.- Teach the game in private and clinic settings.
