  During the Internship, I generated significant revenue by selling newspaper subscriptions to theresidents of Kolkata and analyzed that they cannot read newspapers daily due to their busy lifestyles.I formulated a few strategies and worked on those during my project to convince people to change theirminds and tell them the importance of newspapers in our daily life. I improved my interpersonal skills byhandling customers by meeting them personally.Key Learning:During the project, I learned a lot about marketing strategies. I figured out that of 10 people, four usedigital media, and others use print media. I also analyzed that people of age between 21 to 30 preferredto use digital media rather than print media. Of people over 30, 10% were illiterate, 20% used digitalmedia, 20% read English newspapers, and the remaining read their native newspapers. Show less
