  Job Responsibility - Fault Management of Cisco Wi-Fi network , Cisco Wi-Fi Performance responsibility & Planning & execution, Also coordinate with IP team , Fiber team , RAN & EPC team regarding major issue. Handle CISCO 2960 & 3750 switches, ISG monitoring for client, Fault management of AG1 & CSS L2 troubleshooting, follow the NOC process event management , incident management , process management & change management , Responsible for end to end ticket resolution.Job Description: Managing IP and Data Services of Enterprise customers. Manage service providers, equipment vendors and articulate well with customers Technical and management staff on network issues (Fault reporting, status and escalations). Handle Escalations, Analyze, diagnose and conduct root cause analysis on faults. Manage and ensure the team meets the benchmarks set by management. Ensure the team follows customer rules (Periodic updates, RCA, RFO etc) and various others laid down processes during day to day work. Provide management updates in time, Submit reports as required and expected.
