      A global Financial Services leader with 260,000 employees, servicing 57 institutional clients, with +$2 trillion AUM.As VP, I managed +120 strong team located in Dallas and Tempe with an $8m budget, providing services to 20 UIT sponsors, with +220,000 accounts and $35bn in AUM. Initially employed as Vice President in 2005 and in 2015 took responsibility for transforming operations and business processes, operating as Director of Straight Thru Processing. As Director, I partnered across the business and project teams, providing operational analysis and risk mitigations while spearheading system design through strategic partnering. I engaged business partners to focus on needed functionality and features while enhancing financial modeling and carved out robust reporting. I played a key role in corporate activities, including leading due diligence during the evaluation of fin-tech partners and the ongoing relationship management. I led performance management, drove continued process improvements and financial process enhancements. Key achievements include:◼ Delivered cutting-edge plan implementation process, improved advisor and client satisfaction, slashing ‘Not-In-Good-Order’ rates from +30% to <1% and reduced implementation cycle time from 2 weeks to under 45 minutes. ◼ Implemented associate sharing program, gaining insight into challenges and resolution strategies with senior leadership team.◼ Negotiated then renegotiated STP vendor contracts, delivering internal savings of +$25m across 5 years.
