In addition, this role also encompasses using detailed customer feedback to help ensure that we are best matching clients with psychologists that are well suited to them and that our service is user friendly for both the client and the psychologist. This role has also enabled me to more deeply understand the importance of curating a positive client-practitioner relationship by being exposed to the elements, traits and qualities that make for a successful practitioner.
