The focus was to ensure a consistently excellent client experience while managing costs and continuously improving operational efficiencies.Marsh ClearSight, a SaaS business unit of Marsh, was the global leader in technology, analytics, and data services solutions across risk, safety, and claims management for 750 of the world’s largest corporations in 25 countries.• Established the Global Operations function and led cross-functional effort to determine the go-forward target operating model for the firm.• Managed adoption and integration of customer experience research methodology into broader release strategy; finding pivoted the 2017 release product roadmap full R&D budget.• Developed book of focused operational management metrics and dashboards in collaboration with operations leadership for the enterprise business, reducing the overall content by 60%.
