  End-to-end operational management of live events within an international arts charity, delivering a multi-disciplinary festival of the arts and music in Kingston-Upon-Thames. I was responsible for managing project budgets and onsite delivery while maintaining thorough project documentation and building positive stakeholder relationships.

  Based in the Public Health Project Management Office (PMO), I have managed a wide range of projects and programmes across the County Council including: • Communications campaigns with digital agencies, from first concept through to completion. • Grant awarding programmes for grassroots sports clubs and community groups. • Behavioural science research programmes. • Tendering, Procurement & Commissioning of products, services and digital platforms. I am adept at working in both Agile and PRINCE2/Waterfall environments, taking ownership across the entire project lifecycle from project initiation to BAU handover and benefit realisation. I excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, using the entire MS 365 suite to maximise project team efficiency. I am an early adopter of new technologies and lead my project teams in embracing new tools such as MS Planner, Lists and Project to replace Excel-based RAID logs. Risk management is a core pillar of my work, from early recognition through to mitigation and escalation where necessary. I am a confident self-starter well suited to managing projects by exception within agreed tolerances for time, quality, cost, benefits, risk and scope. Show less Progressing from a COVID-19 Response FTC to a permanent role, I supported a wide range of projects across Public Health. Working in tandem with a Project Manager, I created and maintained key project documentation including PIDs, RAID Logs, stakeholder engagement plans and regular highlight reports. COVID-19 response work involved adopting an agile approach in a dynamic policy environment, liaising with senior colleagues from PHE, DHSC and the NHS to design and deliver Hertfordshire’s mobile rapid testing service, among the first of it’s kind in the region. Show less Working in the Business Support function of Public Health, I was responsible for managing the COVID-19 Single Point of Contact for Hertfordshire throughout the height of the pandemic in winter 2020/spring 2021. This high-pressure role involved the triage and escalation of COVID-19 outbreaks at a time when there was significant risk to the public and scrutiny from senior figures in the Council, including the CEO and elected members. I also provided professional meeting support and minute-taking at regional meetings across the health & care system, delivered training to onboard new colleagues and engaged with stakeholders of all levels in a responsive, dynamic policy environment.
