      Family run Bespoke catering service working with the public to provide there catering needs. My role within the company varies to each specific event due to there requirements. My personal skills are being tested at all times due to public interaction, organising what is needed along with problem solving how certain task and skills are achieved. This job role is carried out during April untill August.

      I delivered M.Y Blue Legend from the U.K to Palma, I had the responsibilities of assisting in Navigation watches, Mooring duties, Anchor duties, and Log book operations of the passage. With this vessel being a one off custom unique private boat I was fully involved in deckhand maintenance by assisting in any repairs and jobs carried out such as hull and stainless steel polishing, Solo wash downs, Assisting in engine room duties, mechanical equipment on board,Tender driving and taking helm of the vessel during passages putting my navigational knowledge and helming skills to work. Also assisting the Stew in kitchen duties to prepare meals and provide a service towards the guess on board. During my time on board I’ve broaden my nautical knowledge and skill set to the yachting industry while gaining valuable sea time early on. Show less
