      As the Managing Director for Talent Initiatives at Teach For Armenia, I work closely with the CEO to shape and refine the organization’s strategic direction. My role involves developing and optimizing structures, systems, and processes to contribute effectively to the organization’s success. I am dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture aligned with Teach For Armenia’s values and mission. With expertise in change management, I drive initiatives for smooth transitions and effective communication, promoting adaptability and innovation.
