  I have had 10 years of experience in ophthalmology practice in the United Kingdom, United States and France. I underwent Ophthalmology training in Cheltenham, Cambridge and Bristol in the UK, with clinical attachments at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida and the Pitie-Salpetriere in Paris, France. I was a consultant medical and surgical retinal specialist in London before my current appointment. I am trained in the management of cataracts, medical retinal conditions such as diabetic retinopathy and macula degeneration, ocular inflammatory disease (uveitis) as well as being a retinal surgeon.
