Designing rigorous and theoretically sound research projects, executing them, and writing papers and reports allowed me to gain an in-depth understanding of how various theoretical perspectives relevant to cognitive science, learning science, and educational psychology can be applied to co-create specialized knowledge that translates into improved healthcare professional education and continuous professional development. My experience in writing grant proposals for funding helped me master the art of writing persuasive pitches for research grants, and securing funding in the competitive space of research. Using multiple research approaches for data collection and analysis advanced my knowledge and skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
