Led a team of 10 staff and contractors.• Defined and implemented process to measure and report project control compliance with guidelines and best practices. This new process was accomplished ahead of the expected time and put into effect for the 2020-year-end results, driving continuous improvements. • Defined and documented a project controls career path for Project Controls specialists ensuring effective career development and improving project controls performance.• Responsible for the hiring of necessary project control resources. In addition, I have created an onboarding package that facilitates the setup of new hires, expediting workplace efficiency.• Created and implemented a well-praised project reporting process that provided meaningful monthly updates and enabled senior leadership decision-making. This action enabled project teams to maintain portfolios of projects on schedule and within the approved budget.• Provided subject matter expert direction and support for implementing project cost management software (EcoSys). Indicated implementation streamlined the project management activities and increased teams’ productivity -at least 25% less time on manual data gathering and more time for analysis. • Ensured all projects had completed key deliverables requested at project sanction with accuracy and quality.
