      A company focused at organising Model United Nation Conferences for School and College students.▪ Handled the Logistics and Administration department on the backend and the respective committees on the frontend throughout the MUN with a combined team of 15 individuals that directly reported to me.▪ Managed the cash for the company, keeping account of the inflow and outflow of cash, organising means to collect cash from the delegates that preferred the said mode of payment, releasing cash payments to suppliers after conducting quality and quantity checks for the goods and services sent by the suppliers, Example: Stationery. ▪ Actively involved in the recruitment process of the Secretariat of the MUN, scheduling the interview, booking the venue, contacting the shortlisted candidates and taking care of the Food and Beverages Procurement for 10 people.▪ Organised the venue for the MUN at a negotiated rate including Food and Beverages for 200 participants at the MUN. Arranged Hotels and Transportation for the Secretariat for their stay and conveyance to and from the Venue for 10 people.▪ Created teams of 4 volunteer students for each committee that would ensure the smooth flow of debate in each ballroom as they would be responsible for providing basic requirements from the stock for the committee such as stationery, refreshments and electronic devices for presentations.
