      In this role I was orchestrating and advising end-to-end integrated demand programs (IDPs) in the MEE region alongside continuous cross-channel, cross-journey intelligence to drive demand and support overall revenue attainment for SAP´s HCM solutions. This involved a deep understanding in digital tactics like Paid Media (Search, Social, Content Syndication), Web/SEO, Organic Social Media and Digital Demand Nurturing. As topic lead for SAP SuccessFactors for Germany I crafted and executed the marketing and communication plan for SAP’s HCM solutions in correspondence to local market dynamics, prioritizing a digital-first approach and ensuring the optimal Marketing Mix. Additional responsibility Nov. 2018 - March 2019: Head of Communications SAP NOW Berlin 2019Business impact: 11 press dates, 1.500+ mentions of SAP NOW in social media, more than 1.300 participants, “Wow”-effect externally and internally. • Developed a marketing and communication strategy for SAP’s Analytics solutions and SAP Leonardo.• Created and executed demand generation campaigns to increase pipeline, conversion and revenue in close cooperation with business stakeholders.• Supported Sales in terms of messaging and pipeline acceleration and by conducting Social Selling trainings.• Tracked and reported on campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with objectives and identify areas for improvement.
