  Working at Samsung as Sub-Contractor with HN, and Samwoo Construction of partition job. My role is Safety Supervisor. My duty is to oversee 100 employees and 6 other safety personnel on site. Safety Personnel is required onsite.All safety has OSHA30 Certification. I also have OSHA 510 and 500 Construction Industry. Safety is First" my duty is to prevent any accident before it happens. Installing partition wall and track included bring material into the Fab. Walk around the work area before the job starts and at the end of day. Look for any hazard material Such as open hole on the floor, cable, pipes, trip and etc. All workers required to understand the PTP for that day before they sign. Prevention techniques include fall protection, ladder safety, scaffold, man lift, scissor lift, falling into the hole, trip, etc. We must follow safety regulations at all times. Anyone who is violating safety regulation must be retrained before returning to work. Must report to safety A.S.A.P. no matter how minor or major the issue is. Show less
