      Acted as a technical referral point for all claims where fraud is suspected on Commercial Motor, Liability, and Property claims. My responsibilities during my time in this role were varied and included actively investigating suspected fraud and owning a high caseload to supporting teams through creating and delivering training and providing technical advice and guidance. I was responsible for recording and reporting trends which enabled me to create focused training as well as LoB and Product detection and referral targets. I was able to use this knowledge to project potential savings which were measured against actual savings to be reported back to Senior management and the wider business. Show less

Key responsibilities included assessing and confirming coverage, liaising with claimants and their representatives, negotiating on issues such as liability and quantum within personal handling authority limit, identification of suspected fraudulent claims, adherence to internal and external timescales and SLA to ensure compliance to key internal standards and legislative requirements, instruction of appropriate outsource providers such as claims investigators and Defence Solicitors.
