      Prepare payrolls and statement of earnings for Central Administration and the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL). Provide timely, accurate and reliable financial information for processing of invoices, vouchers, financial reports and booking international travel for political appointees, AFL personnel and MoD staff; as well as incorporate cost considerations for decision makers. Ensure the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the Ministry of National Defense programs(Armed Forces of Liberia, Central Administration and The Liberia Coast Guard) as well as ensuring all audit issues are resolved and compliance issues adhere to and the preparation of quarterly and annually financial statements(e.g. Statement of Receipts and Payments, Statement of Comparing Budget with Actual amount, Statement of Financial Position etc. etc.) in accordance with the Public Financial Management Act of 2009 and other GoL rules and regulations.       Perform legal-, regulatory- and business-related research for the Director of Legal Affairs, Headquarters, Armed Forces of Liberia, Ministry of National Defense. Provide legal support services to Director of Legal Affairs. Assist MoD's lawyers in filing materials such as motions, memorandum, pleadings and briefs in various court systems, as well as accompany lawyers to see clients and/or to go to court. Interview clients either by phone or in person prior to referring them to MoD's lawyers and also edit pleadings, technical papers, briefs and other documents, helping review legal documents to make sure that relevant facts are included.
