  Under the supervision of the Director of Trust and Mutual Operations and Department Supervisor, the Alteration and Resale Department is a team of five members which includes three inspectors, myself as coordinator, and an andministrative assistant. The function of the Department is to perform home compliance inspections for units that go on the market and construction inspections on all remodeling projects. On a daily basis I interface with homeowners, contractors, and realtors and am responsible for the smooth running of the deparment, which is fast-paced and is always servicing multiple sensitive deadlines. Included in this fast pace, I manage a high volume of phone and email inquiries, schedule appointments, and constantly work on the messaging and education component informing stakeholders of the services and procedures of the Alteration and Resale Department to help ensure a positive customer experience. Show less Under the supervision of the Director of Trust and Mutual Operations and Department Supervisor, I service the Boards of Directors of nine homeowner associations within Rossmoor Walnut Creek, a 55+ active adult community, totaling a portfolio of over 2,000 owner-occupied residences. In the role of Board Coordinator I wear many hats. I manage sensitive documents and a busy calendar for over forty Directors, as well as complete special projects for the CEO. I interact with legal counsel on a weekly basis handling compliance issues. I organize and execute special events and at times also participate as a presenter. As an original member of the Golden Rain Foundation Employee Wellness Committee I was the creator of the employee newsletter, The Siren. As editor-in-chief of The Siren, I collaborate with employees from various departments and encourage staff to submit content for the newsletter. I excell at being a facilitator of employee engagement, creating and implementing employee incentives that are truly welcome by staff while still falling within company budgetary contraints.
