I developed a new standard operating procedure for England’s ticket order production and distribution; this new SOP results in lower flow-time for ticket distribution, continuous throughput, and more optimal means to hit key performance indicators. I have also worked to train numerous employees to adequately meet the correct standards of my job area.

  Actively leads and coordinates the Accessibility Initiative at Walter’s State Community College, and currently serves as the Accessibility Chair of the college. Trains and hosts Professional Development opportunities for the college including Accessibility, eLearn, MS Office apps, High Impact Practices, and Pedagogy-centric trainings. Coordinates, upholds, and maintains the department budgeting for IDEAS; engages in data coordination and reporting for the department at the behest of the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) and WCAG 2.0 guidelines. Participates in course design building, theory, and application for instructor use and training at the college. Further assists in the research, discovery, and application for accessibility technology to be used by the college. Promotes marketing material to spread the IDEAS department brand to all elements of the Walter’s State workplace. Show less
