      Employed as a capability lead for a 6-month operational deployment, managing a civilian contract of £6m per annum and worked in close coordination with both civilian, governmental and multinational agencies. Worked as a liaison officer embedded in a strategic HQ linked into the MoD and pan-Army. Briefing up to senior level regularly and was responsible for representing a complex portfolio of military capability and equipment covering a range of functional areas in a strategic headquarters. Led small teams from between 11-14 soldiers in austere environments across the globe along with 4 armoured vehicles and large quantities of specialist kit and equipment.
