Plant is producing Euro 3 specification Diesel.Responsibilities are:•Regularly monitoring the plant parameters, maintain product quality and plant integrity by ensuring safe work practices.• Emergency Handling of the plant and follow startup & Shutdown procedures ensuring plant safety.• Giving technical and Safety trainings to the field staff.• Communicate with Services department for completing the required jobs.• Worked as Operations Trainee Engineer at 10,000 barrels/day Heavy Crude Distillation (HCU) unit. Have work experience and trainings on Desalters, Fractionator, Vaccum Distillation, Naphtha stabilisation section, Heat Exchangers, Compressors and pumps. Scheduled and emergency safe shut down of the plant and pre start up and startup activities are also part of my scope of work.Took active part in the annual turnaround of the plant where I successfully supervised and executed the assigned Jobs e.g Vacuum Tower structured packing removal and installation of new packings, Desalters maintenance, PSV' pre-pop tests and calibration, pig-decoking of Atmos charge heater and stripper's maintenances. Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) was carried out to ensure successful and safe plant start-up.
