The project was on automation of all the bids which were all manual & automatizing all the data which was in hard form. • The main aim was to find the best vendor for envisaged system. • I learned about how the various stakeholders of POWER & TELECOM work. • We made RFP, DPR in which all the stages & modules were showcased through which the possible vendor will get a basic understanding of the needs & requirements for the project. The process of Bidding & Legacy Data Collection was studied and worked on. And the whole process from making Data collection Approach, making different questionnaires & filling them was done. • There were various costing approaches which I learned during analysis of the bids. I understood the best approaches put forward while bidding for any project, in the aspect of Labor, resources & overall costing, keeping a margin of the expenses which will be occurring from the bidders end.etc Show less
