This program allowed critical IT requirements through marked improvement in areas such as collaboration, architecture enhancement, social media feedback utilization and greater IT efficiency through a smaller digital footprint. Ensuring the availability of virtual training centres was vital during the pandemic due to the cancellation of in-person programs. Enabling these programs to continue online meant continuity and long-term communication solutions to facilitate digital collaboration across the Cadet and Canadian Junior Ranger organizations.
