Currently a student of service design to create user-centric products through consultation, validation, and iterating solutions. Coordinated logistics and administration for more than 20 activity sites throughout the Prairies and Northern Canada. This included budget management, training coordination, transportation management, and personnel coordination and management.

Ensuring the availability of virtual training centres was vital during the pandemic due to the cancellation of in-person programs. Enabling these programs to continue online meant continuity and long-term communication solutions to facilitate digital collaboration across the Cadet and Canadian Junior Ranger organizations.
