  WEC Tyre Engineer

  World Endurance Championship Tyre Engineer, assigned to Cadillac Racing - Hypercar (with Chip Ganassi Racing then Hertz Team JOTA).- On track technical support to help the team to find performance in tyres usage, through data analysis.- Tire pressures calculations and monitoring, wear profiles analysis, help on tyre strategy.- Improving Michelin's data analysis tools and automatizing reports to give a deeper support to the teams and facilitate Michelin's technical direction's work (through HHDM, Dataiku etc).- Analyzing tire test machines results and processes to better understand our tires characterization, to feed tire models and better correlate to track data.- Working on tracks macro roughness measurements.- Giving the drivers and team's feedback to Michelin's technical direction, to help for the development loops.- Ensuring the respect of the tires usage conditions, to avoid tyre integrity issues.- Upholding Michelin's values to the teams, being the interface in both ways.
