  • Supervision to Rigging Department for plant maintenance and plant shutdown activities.• Conducting site visit to check the required equipment and identifying the suitable area for Crane positioning in preparation for Rigging/Lifting activities.• Prepare, review and approved lifting certificates for maintenance and contractors lifting activities.• Conduct and supervise lifting of Reactor condenser, Vessels, Plate Heat Exchanger, Columns, Compressor Motor, Heavy Wall Spool, Storage Tank and different types and sizes of valves.• Coordinate, discuss and leads the lifting team for safe execution of any lifting activities.• Conduct and supervise Tandem Lifting as lifting activities requires.• Coordinating with Site Supervisors and Foremen in assessing the requirement and method for swift and safe executions of a particular job.• Coordinate to vendor for equipment outsourcing as per Plant and Department requirements such as Crane, Trailer Truck, Vacuum Trucks, Fuel Tanker, Welding Machine, Generator, Waste truck for waste and contaminated materials storage/disposal.• Responsible for maintaining plant Fuel Station fuel levels and record by using Computrol system and report for Data Footprint Calculations.• Coordinate in periodical inspection of all maintenance lifting equipment inside the plant such as, overhead crane, jib crane, mobile crane including all types of lifting tackles• Monitoring & tracking the movements of all equipment.• MS OFFICE application for work reports updates.• Encoding work report status & updates using SAP Program.• Safe Work Permit (SWP) receiver• Conduct and discussed Safety Awareness Meeting.• Ability to work under pressure. عرض أقل
