      Customer service involving direct contact with sponsors, answering questions and tracking orders. Correspondence with sponsors and recipients of Bibles in other countries. Coordinated the translation of correspondence from other countries. Supervised volunteer groups (2-20 people) who packed Bibles, worked on mailing projects, and did translation. Maintained accurate and complete procedures. Operated the switchboard in the absence of the receptionist.
