Football Academy was studied along side these A Levels that included qualifications such as FA Level 1 & 2 in Coaching Football, Level 2 in Treatment of Injury, First Aid, Refereeing Qualification, amongst others.

      Manage a new project to University of Derby - Derby Innovation Accelerator, helping businesses in the Derby City region, by providing a variety of support around Decarbonisation and Innovation to upskill staff and develop growth. The programme is aims to provide a series of Decarbonation workshops to help organisations be greener and reduce their carbon footprint, provide innovation workshops for new skills and ideas for staff to learn and develop, offer capital grants to stimulate private sector investment in capital assets that support research and development and signposting businesses to he best support available to them. Responsible for working closely with partners to offer joined up approach, the day to day running of the project including business engagement, providing face to face and online workshops and budgeting for project costings. The programme is aimed at developing individuals who are aspiring to evolve there skillset in areas such as Customer Relationships, Digital Marketing, Project Management, Responsible Financing, Sustainability, Workplace Wellness & Mental Health and also Data related courses. Responsible for overseeing the work within the project including business engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that the project adapts to the current environment, providing virtual opportunities along with face to face ones and budgeting for staff costs. Show less Currently lead a team on the Smart and Inclusive Leadership project, supporting SME's in the D2N2 region, by providing fully funded 2 day courses to allow organisations to upskill staff in areas of Leadership and Management. The programme is aimed at developing team members who are aspiring to become leaders of the future, as well as those new or currently in team supervision and management positions. There are 4 different courses available including, Developing Your Inner Leader, Leadership Through Challenge and Change, Inclusive Leadership and Mentoring. Responsible for overseeing the work within the project including business engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that the project adapts to the current environment, providing virtual opportunities along with face to face ones. Show less Currently leading a team on a European Social Funded project worth £2.5 million, the aim is to support SME's in the D2N2 region with recruitment they may have, by identify top talent at the UoD that would fit the business needs. This is via both fully-funded and part-funded opportunities for employers and both a full-time and part-time basis.
