Show less After 15 years working in different areas and positions at Scania Latin America, I accepted an international challenge to be Head of Logistic at Engine Production in Sweden. Responsible for production planning, material planning , inbound transport, internal logistics, logistic centre, logistic development and outbound process.The main targets are to improve methods and prepare the organization and the process for the new capacity step of Scania (+50%), based on my experiences in the transformation and improvement of production plants at Scania Latin America.This 3 years international contract has been giving me the opportunity to manage an organziation with a completely different culture and work in another enviroment , further developing my leadership abilities. Show less Responsible for the Transmission Plant at Scania Latin America, an organization about 420 people in different process of welding, machining, assembly and support areas of engenieering, quality and logistic.Developing of a completely new organization in order to concentrate all production of gearbox, central gears and axles at São Bernardo Plant. Leading of the project of transference of the gearbox and central gear assembly from Tucuman (Scania Argentina) to São Bernardo (Scania Brazil) with 20% productivity increase and according to the time plan and investment planned . In the same year, the new Scania gearbox platform was implemented in the same process and produced in parallel.Reduction of the tact time in 40% in the central gear and axle lines, which increased the productivity by 32% in 3 years.
