Represented ZBT at external events educating attendees on the organization, increasing brand presence, and creating new partnerships.• Drafted business plan to secure $250,000 in funding for a new position focused on hate prevention, with a goal of educating university chapters on identifying and thwarting intersectional hate actions on campus in partnership with the Anti-Defamation League. Interviewed, hired, and managed this position.• Oversaw national sexual assault and dating abuse prevention program, in partnership with Jewish Women International and Sigma Delta Tau Sorority, at 15 universities which trained over 1,000 students in recognizing signs of abuse and assault, how to be an active bystander, and university resources available. Brainstormed with university Hillel staff on effective events, potential speakers, and how to reach increased engagement. Managed annual budget of $32,000 and disseminated funding appropriately by evaluating potential impact and efficacy of programming.o Measured monthly progress of 40 total universities in the program by analyzing Salesforce CRM data regarding one on one dialogue, number of programs held, and attendance at programs.
