I had a very wide role, with responsibility and accountability for all aspects of both the strategic and day to day activities of the club and its business. I formulated key aspects of strategy and policy to meet the club’s objectives based on the club's aspirations and ideas. Working alongside the other Directors and senior management team we led the club forward and ensured all parts of the club worked together as “One-Club” with a joined-up approach.“I would like to place on record my thanks to Nigel for his dedicated work on behalf of the Club. He has made a massive contribution into transforming Huddersfield Town into the forward-thinking, progressive organisation it is today. With 17 schools being funded to provide EKO clubs that means 5,000 free breakfasts are served every week and approaching 500,000 in total. My trustee responsibility was focused on the financial aspects of the charity. Show less
