  Apart from basic research work about the Banking industry, I worked and learned about the following things in the last month-1. Customer profiling-Researched about Customer Profiling Studied a sample report made by my mentor, Mr. Manish Sharma. Understood the different parameters within the relevant KPIs used to categorize customers into sub categories that would allow the Bank to maximize profit. 2. Quality Check-Identified different parameters that can be used to perform QC on Indusind Banks “For you” page. Identified various error sourcesStudied the structure and language of a previous QC checklist. 3. Post campaign analysis report for brand-Analyzed relevant data from a spreadsheet using various formulas, sorting and conditional formattingPresented the data in the form of charts including Pivot charts, Bar graphs and Pie charts. Created a PowerPoint presentation based on the key findings and the relevant KPIs that could be presented to the client using the charts.Analyzed the report to understand its limitations and suggested other improvements that could be made to make the report more concise and specific.4. Analytics-Learned how to read technical data about banks Identified data from the spreadsheet that was relevant for Goals101 and then made inferences from the same. 5. Research on Compliance-Performed research on various accreditations and attestations that were relevant to Goals101 such as SOC 2 type iiUnderstood the importance of such accreditationsResearched about PCI DSS and ISO- 27001 Show less
