Joined the One New Change store in the expanded role of Visual Floor Manager, with a Store turnover of 1.8million and a store team of 20. Currently leading a visual team of 4 and the wider sales team in all aspects of delivering the visual execution of the store, driving the visual strategy and standards within the store. Joined the team at Gracechurch Street, City of London in the Visual Supervisor role. A proud achievement during this position was owning the onboarding and training of a new Visual Supervisor joining the company. I continued to be their remote coach and point of contact as they progressed into their journey. Promoted to my first management role in the Finsbury Pavement store with a turnover of 2 million and a store team of 16. Successfully recruited a new visual associate into the team and oversaw their development and coaching to later become a senior visual associate. Recognised by senior leadership for delivering a +4.1comp during the first half of 2013 and my personal contribution to this in delivering a successful Fall collection store execution. Promoted to senior visual associate and joined the original team who launched the store at the brand new Westfield Stratford shopping centre. Completing a successful store launch from empty unit to fully merchandised and operational shopfloor and being part of the team through the amazing experience of having the 2012 Olympics at the stadium in Stratford. Started my career with Gap as a visual associate at a Top 20 store in London. During my time here I was selected as part of a specialist team to travel to Italy and take part in delivering two new store openings in Fiordaliso and Vicolungo as a Kids and Baby stylist.
