  June 2019 - Current: As of January 2024, we're in the last 2 phases of rolling out an E-commerce solution for our APM business. E-commerce is supporting faster and more efficient end to end ordering processing in fewer steps. We're striving to improve efficiency in communication of information between Chemours and their customers to result in improved internal business practices and ease of doing business with Chemours. Delivered a region-by-region E-Commerce solution for the Chemours TSS business, supporting customer service productivity improvements and an easier and faster way for our customers to purchase our products and follow their end-to-end order processing (order placement until product delivery with accounts receivable visibility).Jan 2018 - June 2019: Successfully delivered one of Chemours top 5 strategic programs; Build an ecommerce solution for the TiO2 business within a tight timeframe to support a new strategy for the business to deliver. Selected SAPs Hybris (C4) solution and their development team, to deploy using Agile methodology, and deliver against the timeline and within the budget. Worked across multiple entities; Chemours IT, Wipro, SAP, TiO2 business and across multiple continents to deliver a global Commerce (SAP C4) solution in 13 languages with significant impact both internally and to our consumers within 18weeks.
