I prioritize sustainability by incorporating principles of energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and environmentally friendly materials, aiming to reduce our environmental impact.I select the right HVAC equipment based on detailed calculations and project needs, preparing equipment schedules for chillers, cooling towers, thermal energy storage, pumps, AHUs, VRFs, FCUs, DX units, ERUs, and smoke control systems. My work involves preparing comprehensive engineering documents, performing field measurements, drafting project specifications, and meticulously reviewing drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance.Assessing product submittals for design content and ensuring they meet specifications is a key part of my job, along with maintaining well-organized project files. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project coordination and quickly address any changes in scope. Building strong client relationships is important to me; I strive to meet project deliverables and cultivate long-term partnerships.I also lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, using my mechanical engineering expertise to develop innovative HVAC solutions that focus on reducing energy consumption.
