  I was employed full-time at Alumat srl between 2000 and 2009, first as an Internal / External Communication Specialist and developer (my first employment) and then as a Project Manager, Management system designer, and Quality Management System Manager. After 2009, I started reducing my time at Alumat while I developed my freelance work as a Leadership and Team Development Specialist, Executive and leadership Coach, and team builder.Between 2009 and 2020, I gradually reduced my time in the company and developed my client base outside, working part-time until finally, at the end of 2018, I was ready to ask for a substitute. It took one more year to transition out of the company entirely.Throughout these years, I focused on managing the Management system I had created and implemented and on managing internal programs for HR development and learning. I also cared for internal and external communication plan strategy and implementation (the most creative side of my work, which I particularly loved and enjoyed).I was also in charge of team development for the leadership teams of two different plants in Italy.These years as an internal manager have taught me much about what it means to be a manager and work within an organisation, supporting its development and people.I have always loved my work and feel so lucky to have had the chance to know the corporate world from the inside. This is a value I still sell to my coaching clients today.Enabling a healthy relational workplace and finding efficient ways to reach our goals have always been my focus.For many years, I've supported the management teams in co-creating the best ways to work together effectively and efficiently while developing the quality of their everyday relationships.
