Developed and supported numerous CAD applications and interfaces, with particular focus on data interchange with SQL data repositories and manufacturing machines. Led implementation of $4M modernization program with networked workstations and enterprise CAD software. Managed 30+ PCB design group as they transitioned from manual to CAD design practices. Joined Enterprise Division, providing project management to development and launch of Mitel’s first voice messaging system. Eventually was named product manager for a range of application products, engaging regional marketing managers and working with R&D team provide meaningful product definitions and release schedules.
