  First Music Contact run a music festival for emerging artists in Ireland, Hard Working Class Heroes. I worked at the 2015 festival as an artist liaison. I met with various artists around the city and made sure the show ran smoothly.

  I was an assistant stage manager at an Ozanam fundraising event, strictly come dancing. Prior to the show I helped set up for the event, practise lighting for the show and run the dress rehearsal.

  I worked at the grandstand showing dignitaries to there allocated seats. I also managed the area throughout the parade.

  As part of a group project in second year, we had to stage a live fundraising event. We planned and staged every aspect of a Strictly Come Dancing Event, raising over €6000 for St.Paul's Special School. This school caters for children who have autistic spectrum disorder and have many needs which they cannot fund on their own. I was the marketing manager for the group event and was in charge of social media advertising and marketing of the event. Although this was my primary role the team and myself took on many different roles throughout the planning process. On the night I set up and was the backstage manager. I also collected and took many videos of the night and put together a short video of the successful event.I was very proud to be a part of such an amazing event and was happy to raise awareness for the lovely school.   During my eight month internship at SEA I was part of the small team bringing first class entertainment to all types of events. I gained so many new skills and learnt so much about the industry. I was involved in all areas of the office and onsite. Tasks included building client proposals, cost sheets, video edits, communicating with clients, suppliers and artists, office brainstorms and site visits. I also assisted the team during the delivery of the events.
