  Allied Consultants is an I.T company that deals primarily in software consultancy and designing and developing products. My key area is the development of a product that uses blockchain technology, Stellar, which is one of the many blockchain technologies available. My job includes developing the front end as well as the back end of the application and linking them together. I am also working on building our own private blockchain which employees hyperledger fabric, which itself is a development tool for blockchain framework implementation. Key aspects of the job involve cohesive teamwork as well as punctuality in completing the deliverables on time.• I worked with Thingtrax (partner of Allied Consultants), on a project related to Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision whereby our client wanted to track employees using particular facial recognition and record their times. • In order to integrate the cameras with our data in cloud the Jetson Nano was used. On the basis of this previous work I’m now working on developing an end to end product (full stack development), smart timesheets. In which I incorporate the facial recognition part with a database, and use the information in that database (related to all employees) and integrate it with a web server. • A raspberry PI with cameras attached takes pictures of every incoming and outgoing face in the camera’s view and dumps the relevant information to a database. The front end, using Javascript and HTML integrates the information from the database to be displayed on the web. • The website has various features that allow the user to monitor the employees’ timesheets, productivity and percentage of productive time they spend in the office along with additional features such as emotion, age and gender analytics of all the employees present Show less

  Working as a senior software engineer in the System Integration and Deployment (SID) department at Afiniti .I am responsible for technical integration and deployment of Afiniti product in a telephony environment such as Genesys. The deployment involves technical discovery, integration design, user acceptance testing and tier-2 support.Tier-2 support involves using MySQL, PostgreSQL, Greenplum and log analysis to uncover trends and patterns to solve production issues.Was involved in the development and testing of a windows service developed by SID team, called ‘Agent Unlocker’, the application was used to change agent states of problematic agents, we used C# , (since it has genesys SDK) for development work. The application used to parse JSON data from an API which was provided by one of the main afiniti service, the data was cleaned and processed into the afiniti database, then from same database we developed an SP to isolate the problematic agent list, this list was then read by this same application and based on the employee id provided by the sp the application took action on the agents, the actions itself , along with various other features developed for this application was highly customizable so as to make if more generic so that team members on other clients could use it as well. Was also responsible for automating a lot of existing processes through python code, including coding and maintaining a utility known as DFR (dynamic flat routing) which is a python application that is a revenue(gain) impacting application created by our team, it involves checking availability of certain group of agents (where we mimic the grouping done by Bouygues Telecom) and based on availability we provide either an expanded target or restricted target for our AI team to do their intelligent pairing.
