Together with a strategic consulting firm and a consulting and consumer trends analysis firm we took a deep dive into understanding which were the key habits and preferences of our consumers and how they might evolve in the next three to ten years. We observed shifts in pack preferences, specific pack size growths, segments (i.e. core plus rapid expansion) and also spotted potential white spaces which could transalte into share and profit growth for our business. Leveraging on these learnings we built our 3YP taking a bottom up brand/pack approach, opposed to a high level holistic view, and redefined our pricing ladder which was later implemented in the second half of the year.
