      Key Responsibilities:• Managed entire initiative process for the following global brands: Gillette, Oral B, Always, Vicks and Old Spice. • Management integration tasks included strategically selecting the optimal media types to use for an initiative, committing budget to these media types, ensuring constant messaging and a holistic exploitation across each communication touchpoint and actively managing the successful execution of events, promotions, TV partnerships, print copies, digital/website launches, etc. • I compiled annual brand communication reviews, wherein I evaluated competitor actions and provided recommendations on how to leverage the competitive strategies. • I fully managed and coordinated up to 40 people in each process for successful implementation of the initiative. I thus managed the internal and external relationships between P&G’s experts for the specific mediums used, and our agencies. I also worked closely with the Key accounts (sales teams) to integrate the brand communication into stores. Key Achievements: • Received Power of You award (annual internal achievers award) for excellent execution of Always BeingGirl initiative, where girls were invited to write a song about the brand, with massive call-to-action build-up created around it. • Launched and created the Gillette Proglide Bus tour initiative- only campaign presented to P&G global CEO Bob MacDonald when he visited SA offices. • Achieved BIC growth figures across Gillette, Vicks and Always brands during campaign period executed throughout my term. • Launched hugely successful premium Always Platinum range with publishing partner, Cosmopolitan Magazine- landed 10-page value add spread in lingerie issue.       Key Responsibilities:• Project-managed a diverse range of marketing campaigns for the SA and international markets (including BENELUX, Australia and Mauritius).
